Faculty Aims

To provide a stimulating and challenging learning environment in which all pupils can discover the exciting world of Science and Technology as relevant to the curriculum.
To ensure that all the structures in place in the Science and Technology Faculty will afford the opportunity for maximum achievement for all.
The Faculty ethos will reflect our Christian Values and provide a powerful learning environment for all our students.
To develop the ability of pupils to apply scientific skills and knowledge & understanding to everyday situations.
To develop the ability of pupils to solve scientific problems.
To develop in pupils an open mindedness and willingness to recognise alternative points of view, an awareness of the importance of science in the modern world, respect for all forms of life and a sense of responsibility towards the environment
