All school activities are underpinned by values shared by our pupils, or parents and our staff. All members of our school community are valued as equal partners in the decisions and workings of the school, in particularly our partnership with parents is integral to all that we do and we continually strive to develop this further.
Staff collegiality is another essential element in the promotion and development of our school ethos and St Margaret Mary’s has a strong history of staff collegiality which we continually strive to build upon.
