As we move towards the easing of some restrictions relating to Covid-19, we are pleased to let you know that we are resuming cash payments for lunches.

Pupils can pay in cash in secondary schools from Monday 24 May 2021 and primary schools from 7 June 2021. Pupils will find a different layout and system when paying for meals but they will be guided by Catering and Facilities Management staff.

Parents of secondary pupils should no longer use the BACS system for the payment of meals.

In the event of credit balances remaining through the BACS system, these should be run down to a nil balance by pupils taking meals as current practice. Refunds will be made only in exceptional circumstances, e.g. if the pupil has left the school.
